Service Description

Pilates is a system of physical and mental conditioning developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. It concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength at levels from beginner to advanced. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being, proprioception, body control, breath control, strength, posture, alignment, and flexibility. It can be used as an amazing cross training tool for athletes or to improve daily activities. It promotes relaxation and also focuses deeply on the mind-body connection which can be very beneficial.


Cancellation Policy

Space Between Fitness requires a 24-hour notification of cancellation either via email or phone otherwise we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
